These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Fade Clothing Ltd. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

How long does my order take?
Do you deliver to a PO Box?
Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.
How can I track my order?
In your email you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.
What if I am not home?
My order is late?
Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

Fade Clothing Ltd is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as Fade Clothing Ltd takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error. Please contact either Courier Post or DHL Express via your tracking number details.
