Exchanges and Returns
FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition and packaging (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging) for either an exchange or refund.
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them.
- Sale items or discounted orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are subject to assessment at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.
Please email us at support@fadeclothing.co.nz with your order number to begin your return process.
Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted.
Please note return and exchange shipping and handling costs are at the expense of the customer (unless item stated otherwise eg. when items are faulty).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
If approved:
For exchanges - a payment link for the new labels will be sent prior to the exchange being processed.
For refunds - your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.
